| 摘 要： | 本文认为，少年男子体操运动员是进行专项化训练的关键时期，而科学的测试方法和评价体系，将对身体和技术训练起到调控作用。通过研究本文确定了一个能准确、全面反映各项素质的测试动作系统，并建立一个评价指标体系，为科学训练和选材提供了理论依据。
