| 摘 要： | 综合性大学发展教师教育面临着培养模式的封闭与开放、课程结构的学科性与教育性、职前与职后的“割据”与一体化等两难性问题。综合性大学必须从制度上建立专业化的教师教育机构，推进教师教育的学术性、专业性建设，分阶段、分步骤实施教师教育专业化。
