摘    要:中西方文化背景的不同,造就了中西方饮食文化的差异。从烹饪方法、美食评判标准、民族心态等四个方面探讨了中西方饮食的不同及文化多样性形成的原因。

Abstract:The difference in cultural backgrounds between China and the West brings about a big gap between China and the western world in their catering cultures.The article attempts to take up a discussion on the differ-ence in the catering culture between China and the western world as well as the cause of cultural diversity.
