简论教师主体

摘    要:确立教师主体地位和重视教师主体作用是教育教学发展的客观要求。教师观是一个历史演变的概念,教师主体素质观代表了教师观的发展方向。树立教师主体素质观,必须重新对“教育”和“教学”在“生活”与“创造”的语境中作出解释,建立师生主体交往关系,实施创造性教学和实现教师自我教育是确立教师主体地位的有效途径。

Abstract:The establishment of teachers as the subject and the stress of the function of teachers as the subject are demanded with the development of education and teaching in schools.The conception of teacher is a product of historical evolution The concept of qualities of teachers as the subject represents the orientation of development of the conception of the teachers.In order to establish the teachers as the subject,we must have new interpretations of"education"and"teaching"in the discoursal envioranment of"life"and"creation",set up a new teacher student relationship,carry out creative teaching,and have the teachers' self education accomplished.
