| 摘 要： | 基于时代发展的需要、高职教育的特点要求和高职教师实现自身价值的需要,高职教师必须不断学习专业知识,学习高职教育新理论、新技术,学习新的人文社科知识。高职教师必须树立终身学习的职业理念,将工作和学习有机结合起来,坚持不懈地进行自主学习。

| Abstract: | Higher vocational teachers must learn the fundamental and professional knowledge constantly to meet the requirements of the times and higher vocational education, and the realization of teacher＇s own values. They need to learn the new theory and technique of higher vocational education, to learn the knowledge of humanities and social science. The higher vocational teachers should establish the lifelong learning concept, combine working and learning effectively, and develop self-assisted learning ability persistently. |
