| 摘 要： | 国有物资企业全行业连续多年亏损是由其普遍存在的共性的内部原因造成的，国有物资企业必须抓住机遇、迎接挑战，进行包括资产、业务、机构、人员在内的战略重组，转变观念，加强企业领导班子建设和对包括管理人员在内的广大职工的培训，建立岗位，资源使用、机构设置的竞争机制，构筑科学的管理体系，严管细管。

| Abstract: | The inefficiency and loss of the state material companies' for the whole industry for years is due to the common inner reason. The state material companies must renew their ideas and meet the challenge. Assets, operation, structures and personnel should be reconstructed. The building of the leader council should be strengthened, including the training of all staff, orientation of duty, use of resources, frame work setting so as to construct a scientific management system and to strengthen the management. |
