| 摘 要： | 在半智能管理模式中需要建立一个Agent智能代理和对在线学科馆员建立学科馆员库,全智能管理模式中还需要建立一个问题资源库。介绍Agent智能代理的概念和学科馆员库、问题资源库的结构。并对全智能管理模式中应用到的关键技术,比如,提高访问效率、智能检索及动态问题匹配等进行了探讨。
