| 摘 要： | 本对毕业实习所反映出的问题；如教学理念、教学方法滞后，教师职业技能偏弱，师范性不够突出，语言教学与语言实践结合不紧密等问题进行了分析，反思我们师资培训课程的设置及教学模式，并提出了探索性的建议。
