| 摘 要： | 在教育现代化的推动下，我国高等教育面临着新的机遇和挑战。为此，高校在实践中就如何培养创新型高素质的人才进行了积极的探索，取得了可喜的成绩，其中科研导师制便是一项极为有意义的培养制度。章就科研导师制的内涵、机制、实践及其作用进行了相应的探索。

| Abstract: | The tertiary education of our country is faced with new opportunities and challenges under the trend of educational modernization. To this end, colleges and universities have been exploring energetically in how to cultivate high-qualified innovative people and have already attained gratifying achievement, among which is the tutor system for science research. This article makes discussion mainly concerning the connotation, system, practice and the function of tutor system for science research. |
