| 摘 要： | 风险管理是项目管理的重要组成部分。石化工程项目具有投入大、复杂性高、周期长、建设市场不十分规范的特性，这意味着一旦这些项目得以实施，风险将会接踵而来。只有采取科学合理的对策处置风险，才有可能降低乃至规避风险带来的损失。

| Abstract: | Risk management is a very important part of project management. For petrochemical engineering projects, there are some special properties such as huge-invest, high-complicated, tong-period, and low-standard. This means that as soon as these projects are put into practice, the risks will arrive. Only by taking scientific and reasonable measure to deal with risk, can we reduce the loss caused by the risks. |
