| 摘 要： | 国外公共图书馆非常重视企业信息服务,大多数的图书馆也在从事该项服务,从多种多样的服务模式及大英图书馆、新加坡国家图书馆企业信息服务实践来看,国外公共图书馆的企业信息服务多是以用户中心的主动性服务、知识创新性服务,并且充分利用各商业中介组织积极拓展服务,为了提高服务质量,国外公共图书馆也非常注重对从事企业信息服务的馆员进行再教育。这给国内图书馆开展企业信息服务提供了很好的借鉴。
