| 摘 要： | 教学制度因教学活动而存在，教学活动因教学制度而进行。教学制度具有规范性，教学活动具有创新性；教学制度具有公共性，教学活动具有个体性；教学制度具有稳定性，教学活动具有动态性；教学制度具有现实性，教学活动具有可能性。两者在保障教学自由、塑造教学生活、倡导教学民主、涵养宽容情怀的诉求中相互规定，并在以人的发展为旨归的教学终极关怀中走向辩证统一。
