教学制度的辩证分析与理解

摘    要:教学制度因教学活动而存在,教学活动因教学制度而进行。教学制度具有规范性,教学活动具有创新性;教学制度具有公共性,教学活动具有个体性;教学制度具有稳定性,教学活动具有动态性;教学制度具有现实性,教学活动具有可能性。两者在保障教学自由、塑造教学生活、倡导教学民主、涵养宽容情怀的诉求中相互规定,并在以人的发展为旨归的教学终极关怀中走向辩证统一。
