| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查和走访调查相结合的方法，在南阳市范围内进行了“初中生物教师”素质结构的调查。结果表明：南阳市初中生物教师队伍趋于年轻化，学历达标率较高，专业基础理论知识和教学基本功扎实。但是，职业思想不牢固，有重新择业的愿望；职称偏低、结构不合理；实验技能和教学调控技能较差；相关学科知识面窄，知识老化现象严重；教科研水平偏低。在对调查结果分析研究的基础上．对中学生物教师的继续教育提出了建议。

Through analysing and studying the investigation findings, we put forward some suggestions to the middle school biology teachers' continuous education. |
