| 摘 要： | 当前医疗单位存在某些不正之风,其产生的原因是多方面的。加强医德教育有利于促进医院精神文明建设,培养新型医学人才;有助于医务人员端正学习态度,提高钻研医术的积极性,是医疗卫生事业改革的需要。因此,要不断提高医务工作者的医德修养,强化制约机制,建设医院文化,努力营造良好的医德他律氛围,通过自律与他律相结合,推动医德医风建设再上新台阶。
