| 摘 要： | 随着知识经济时代的到来，科学技术的迅猛发展为人类社会的生产方式、思维方式、教育方式带来了巨大变化。在我国实施科教兴国的发展战略过程中，高等学校担负着培养高级专门人才和知识创新的重要历史使命，因此培养一支素质高、观念新、能力强的教师队伍，成为加强高等学校师资队伍建设的首要任务。

| Abstract: | As the coming of the knowledge economy era, the rapid development of scientific technology brings great changes to the producing method, thinking method and educational method. Now, we are implementing the policy of procuring the country with scientific education. The colleges and universities are shouldering a great mission of cultivating senior professionals and innovating knowledge. So it becomes the principal task to establish a group of high quality, new ideology and capable teaching staff. |
