| Abstract: | The paper starts to make an analysis of the two factors attributed to the unbalanced development of the higher education in our country,and then discusses the unique value contributed by the TVU education to the construction of a harmonious society.It finally summarizes five ways by which the TVU education is adopted to promote the building-up of the harmonious education and society: a) we shall deepen our understanding of the TVU education;b) we shall properly position the TVU education in the higher education system;c) we shall diversify the educational channels;d) we shall set up a quality educational resources platform shared by the learners;and e) we shall spare no effort to enhance the harmonious improvement of rural and urban education. |
