| 摘 要： | 高校中层领导在组织内是一个特殊的群体，在管理工作中处于重要地住，因此，中层领导之间协调与否关系到高校管理工作的顺利实现。文章试图依据管理的一般原理，并结合管理实践，对高校中层领导的同级协调作一些探索，以期为高校管理工作提供一些有益的借鉴。

Therefore, whether they are cooperated or not decides the efficiency of management. The paper attempts to, according to general principles of management, explore the possibility of the peer middle-level leaders' cooperation to offer some beneficial reference to college managing. |
