| 摘 要： | 番茄红素作为一种食用色素,主要从番茄中进行提取。其因具有抗氧化、调节机体免疫和调控肿瘤细胞增殖的生物活性而被应用于体育运动领域。研究发现番茄红素对运动的影响主要表现在增强运动后的抗氧化能力、延缓或消除运动性疲劳以及增强运动员免疫力三个方面,由此提示番茄红素作为运动补剂开发研究具有广阔的前景。 |

| Abstract: | lycopene is one kinds of food coloring,mainly extracts from tomato.Because of its biological activity in oxidation resistance,organism immunity adjustment and tumor cell multiplication regulation,it is applied in the sports domain.The research discovered that lycopene had an influence on movement by enhancing movement ability of oxidation resistance and postponing or eliminating mobility weary and strengthening athlete s immunity.It prompts that lycopene will have a broad prospect as a movement tonic. |
