| 摘 要： | 在对R&D资源共享的内涵和必要性进行阐述的基础上,分析了我国R&D资源共享存在的问题,指出建设区域公共服务平台是实现R&D资源共享的重要途径.通过构建博弈模型对区域公共服务平台的有效性做出了解释,并结合上海研发公共服务平台进行了案例分析.

| Abstract: | Based on the explanation of the connation and necessity of R&D resource,this article analyzes the problems on R&D resource sharing in our country and points out that the construction of regional public service platform is an important way to achieve R&D resource sharing.Then the effectiveness of regional public service platform is also analyzed through the model based Oil game theory combined with the case study of Shanghai R&D public service platform. |
