摘    要:旅游教学的宗旨是培养学生的服务意识,树立为客户服务的思想.我们高职院校在教学和管理中也要转变思想,树立学生是“第一客户”的理念,践行为学生服务的措施,教书育人,优质服务.

Abstract:The purpose of tourism teaching is to train service consciousness for students and establish thoughts of serving for customers. Our higher vocational colleges should change idea during teaching and management to setup a new management philosophy that students are VIP to conduct some measurements to serve students, impart knowledge and educate them.
