| 摘 要： | 开展学校职业指导工作既有利于学生职业选择，也有利于用人单位选择理想人才。目前，我国的学校职业指导工作有必要将心理测量纳入其中，学校应当建立职业指导的专门机构，加强职业指导的理论研究工作。

| Abstract: | It benefits the choice of vocations by students,as well benefits the choices of ideal employees by employers to develop vocational direction by school.At present,there is need for the schools of our country to put psychological survey into vocational direction work,set up special organ for vocational direction and strengthen theoretical research work for direction. |
