| 摘 要： | 以色列的特殊教育发展有其独特的一面,特殊学校和一体化教育项目都得到了足够的重视,以色列的特殊教育特点是国家重视,教育经费投入大,尊重学生的差异和多元文化,在教学中坚持人性化精神,在许多方面值得我们学习和借鉴。

| Abstract: | The special education system of Israel is quite unique,both the special schools and the integration programs are well developed.There are many experiences that we can learn from Israel,such as attaching importance to special education,increasing the budget on special education,respecting to the difference between students with special needs and the multi-culture,and teaching the students based on the humanistic approach. |
