| Abstract: | The Expansion Enroment of new Student of general colleges and universities brings great pressure and various difficulties to civilian run higher education of our country; but owing to the insufficient educational funds, the government has determined to all out develop civilian run education. So the civilian run colleges and universities have many advantages of their own. They can still stand in an invicible position if they do their best to take stability as first, quality as the foundation and put distingushing feature to main place. |
