| 摘 要： | 美国高校学生事务管理是一个历经二百余年发展历史的专业化职业.基于前人研究的基础,本文以标志性文件为依据,对美国高校学生事务的发展阶段进行重新划分,同时介绍了诸如招生、住宿、社团活动等学生事务具体领域的历史发展.在此基础上,笔者进一步梳理了"学生事务"概念自身及其理论基础的历史流变,以深入理解和把握美国高校学生事务管理发展的内在逻辑.

| Abstract: | Originated over 200 years ago,Student Affairs has now developed into a highly professional field in America.According to landmark events and documents,this paper divides its historical development into several periods and introduces the historical changes in some specific fields such as admission and enrollment,residence halls,student activities and etc.Based on the above,the author analyses the development of the concept of "student affairs"and its theoretic basis to help with better understanding the inner logic of its historical development. |
