| 摘 要： | 住宅设计中，一些不易引人注意的细节问题如果处理不当，会对人们的生活造成很多不便甚至产生安全隐患．对住宅中安全性细节设计以及厨房、卫生间、阳台、衣橱等功能空间的细节设计进行了总结和阐述，认为细节设计应注重在细微之处体现“以人为本”的设计宗旨．

| Abstract: | In housing design,there are many unnoticeable details. If such problems are not handled properly, they can cause much inconvenience for people, or even become the hidden danger in safety. This paper summarizes the safety detailed design in housing project and elaborates the function-space detailed design for kitchens, toilets,balconies and wardrobes. It reflects the design purpose of people foremost. |
