| 摘 要： | 以我国２６支优秀青年足于队在１９９８、１９９９年春训的３６次大负荷训练课进行临场统计、采用综合评价法建立了一套能够综合评 国优秀青年足球队大负荷训练课质量的评价指标，标准和方法，旨为对我国优秀青年足球大负荷训练课质量进行监控。
