| Abstract: | In the all previous reform, British basic education is prefer to use the concession way of taking into account the interests, respect for the educational autonomy of local, school and parental, respect for tradition and the significant features on the rule of law. These features have made important enlightenments to China＇s education reform worth our attention and learning. |
