| 摘 要： | 通过对石家庄市民营中小企业养老保险现状的调查发现,石家庄市民营中小企业参保率较低,其主要原因在于参保费用高、员工参保意识薄弱、政府干预机制有待完善。要保证石家庄市民营中小企业养老保险制度顺利实施,需进一步健全养老保险体制,加强对养老保险知识与政策的宣传;加大行政执法力度;扩大参保范围;简化参保缴费程序;完善缴费诚信机制等。

| Abstract: | Through an investigation of the social security insurance for small private enterprises in Shi- jiazhuang, they have a low insurance coverage rate due to high cost,weak insurance awareness, and deficient governmental intervention. Government is expected to further improve the insurance system, publicize the knowledge and policies, strengthen administrative law enforcement, enlarge insurance coverage, simplify the payment procedure and promote the payment credit mechanism. |
