| 摘 要： | 分析高职英语教学生态失衡现状,借助教育生态学理论和方法,探索高职英语生态教学体系的构建方法：利用限制因子定律,设计英语生态课堂;破解花盆效应,利用网络构建英语生态学习环境;把握生态位原理,确立高职师生生态定位;发挥师生能动作用,实施英语生态教学监控。

| Abstract: | Based on the prospective of educational ecology, this paper analyzes the ecological imbalance existing in higher vocational English education. It points out that the construction of ecological education system lies in the designing of ecological class teaching,teacher and students＇ niche,supportive learning en- vironment,and quality control measures. |
