| Abstract: | Realizing the Party's modernization is the request that the Party adjust to the new age. It is also an important task that can successfully cope with the challange in the new era. The Party's modernization is omnidirectional, construction. Its main methods are the modernization of Party's members' quality, administration of leadership, enhancement of the Party's scientific and technological construction, and strengthening the Party's democracy. |
