| 摘 要： | 教师是职业倦怠的高发人群,目前教师职业倦怠现象出现了一些新的态势,对教师自身的成长和教育教学质量的提高产生了消极影响.本文通过对西部地区一中小城市的中小学教师的调查了解,探讨教师职业倦怠现象的发展态势,寻求预防、减少中小学教师职业倦怠的调适方法.

| Abstract: | Teachers have ranked highest among most jobs.Behaviours of job burnout shown in teachers themselves have negative influence on teachers' development and the education quality.This thesis aims at investigate some middle and primary school teachers in one middle-sized city in west rural to explore the job burnout trend so as to find precautions against and alleviate the job burnout of the middle and primary school teachers in the west rural. |
