| 摘 要： | 基于采购管理在企业生产经营活动中日益重要的背景，通过对大众（苏州）电脑科技公司（以下简称FIC）采购管理的现状的实际调研，分析探讨了公司采购管理中的问题，提出了一些采购管理问题的思路及方法，并通过供应商管理、策略采购和电子采购给公司带来采购理念的转变，为公司节约成本，提高了竞争力。

| Abstract: | Based on the increasing importance of the purchase management in the companies＇ production and operation activities, the author does some research about the purchase management in the First International Computer Company （FIC for short）,analyzes the problems in purchase management,and then provides some solutions such as supply management, tactic procurement and E-procurement. Through the conception change in purchase management,FIC reduces the cost and improves the competitiveness. |
