| Abstract: | After analyzing of the heat metering of the existing residential buildings and the financing subject,content,composition and ratio of demonstration energy-saving engineering and points out that the energy-saving transformation for the existing residential buildings means that some market mechanism fails to function,maintaining that the government must take the leading role and actively create new financing modes. |
