| Abstract: | Deng Xiaoping' s idea of criminal law is the most important constitution of his legal system.It directly guides the crime-lawmaking and crime judicatory fulfillment since the reform and open of our country.The three parts: from the criminal lawmaking to the penal law and the crime,are the subjects of the systematical research to the thought of Deng Xiaoping the penal code,and the analysis of actual value to his criminal thoughts is the key parts. |
