| 摘 要： | 宪法观念是一定阶级、阶层或个人关于宪法及宪政制度的思想、观点和看法的总和。它不仅包括起决定作用的统治阶级的宪法观念,广义上也包括广大社会成员的宪法观念。在宪政建设的发展道路上,宪法观念作为思想意识形态领域的问题,始终影响牵制着宪政制度的建立和实践。因此,推动宪政制度构建,正确的宪法观念的树立不容忽视。

| Abstract: | The idea of constitution is a general opinion which includes both the ruling class ' s constitutional ideas and broad social members' ones in a broad sense. On the developing way to build constitutional government, the constitutional ideas , as the problem of the ideological field, always affects and checks the establishment and practice of the system of constitutional government. So , in order to promote the building of the system of constitutional government , correct constitutional ideas should not be ignored. |
