| 摘 要： | 2006年8月。重庆市委、市政府决定整合市级教育、劳动保障、移民、扶贫、农业和民政等部门资金2．1亿元，对三峡库区移民、城镇低保人员和农村贫困家庭子女（以下简称“三类学生”）就读中等职业学校实行全额资助学费、包干补助生活费和住宿费。2006年12月，市委市政府决定将资助范围扩大到退役士兵和国办福利机构适龄孤儿等“五类学生”。
