| 摘 要： | 已不在法律保护范围内的失效专利包含丰富的技术信息,这些信息属于社会的公共财产.在对失效专利定义进行界定,对其成因进行分析并提供主要获取途径的基础上,从法律与经济的角度对利用失效专利应关注的问题进行了分析.
