| Abstract: | As to the prosecution procedure having some problems,the article put forward that to set up the censor system of prosecution right,to set up the evidence discovery system,to absorb " plea bargain " in some degree,to change the prosecutor's role as parties,to set up prosecution change system and to properly restrain the supplementary investigation of court-trial case as the feasible countermeasures. |
