| 摘 要： | 董仲舒与公孙弘之间的冲突不是由于学术流别的不同 ,也不能简单地归之于个体道德品质的优劣、精神境界的高下 ,而是因为道之不同 :董仲舒奉行师道 ,而公孙弘践履臣道。先秦儒学先天就固有一对矛盾 :一方面要实现自己的理想 ,就不得不依靠于君权 ;另一方面要保持自己的理想 ,又不能迁就于君权。君权对待儒学的态度也是矛盾的 :既要利用儒学来缘饰文法吏事 ,又不希望听命于儒家的说教。因缘合和促成了儒生的分化 ,儒学潜在的矛盾凸现出来 ,董仲舒与公孙弘的冲突是这一矛盾的典型表现

| Abstract: | Conflict between DONG Zhong shu and GONG Sun hong did not arise from the difference of academic schools,neither can we simply conclude which is a superior or inferior moral quality nor a noble or mean spiritual state but was because of the different views on principles that the former followed the instructive principle but it the latter obeyed the morality of the officials.There were inherent contradictions in the pre Qin days' Confucianism,that is on one hand,to realize their ideals,Confucianists had to rely on the monarchical power;on the other hand,to insist on their ideals,they could not yield to it.In reverse ,the attitude of the monarchical power toward Confucianism was also contradictory because it wanted to make use of the latter to gloss over the constitution and the officials' duty but was unwilling to obey the Confucian sermons.All these reasons caused the separation of the confucianists and the appearance of the latent contradictions,the typical manifestation of which was the conflict between DONG Zhong shu and GONG Sun hong. |
