| 摘 要： | 俱乐部型“三自主”体育教学模式的研究，是在已有教学改革的基础上，对俱乐部型体育教学体系进行科学整合的积极实践，并已完成了体育课程进一步向着有趣、多元、自由，既强身健体，又娱乐身心的方向发展的实验目标。实验过程充分体现出体育课程的多样性特征，突出了体育教育功能，为高等教育中体育教学发展模式在内蒙古地区的实施与进一步推广提供依据。
