| 摘 要： | 陇东南地区有着丰富的文化资源,文化投资环境近年来有了一定的改善,但要吸引更多的投资者发掘利用陇东南丰富的文化资源,还需要采取以下措施进一步创造优良的投资环境:学习先进地区的经验,结合陇东南实际情况制定一套切实可行的实施方案;制定优惠的投资政策;进一步修复整合文化资源和旅游线路;让投资者和旅游者充分了解陇东南丰富珍贵的文化资源和优良的文化投资环境,吸引大批投资者、旅游者前来投资和旅游。

| Abstract: | Southeastern Gansu has abundance of cultural resources. Some improvement has occurred on its cultural investment environment in recent years. Yet, the following further measures should be taken to attract more investments: to draw up a set of feasible plan in accordance with its reality by learning from developed areas' experience; to offer preferential policies for investment; to restore and integrate cultural resources and tourist routes; to bring investors and tourists to adequate knowledge of rich and precious cultural resources and outstanding cultural investment environment in Southeastern Gansu, appealing to more investment and tourists. |
