数字双闭环直流调速控制系统硬件设计

摘    要:在带电流截止环节的转速闭环调速系统中,由于转速和电流两种反馈信号都加到同一个调节器上,两者相互关联影响,很难调整调节器的参数,难以保证两种调节过程具有同样良好的动态性能.本设计采用ATMega8作为调速系统的主控制芯片,把转速和电流两种反馈信号分别进行调节控制,并将模拟系统转变为数字系统,实验结果显示本系统具有良好的快速性和跟踪效果.

Abstract:Intelligent and digital have been recognized as one development Direction of motion control system. It has become a trend in the application of DC speed regulation system. In closed-loop speed regulation system with current cutoff part, speed feedback signal and current feedback signal, which have interrelated effects on each other, are added to a single regulator. As it is not easy for this single regulator to regulate parameters, both regulation results cannot have a good performance at the same time. The design is based on the numeric control scheme, by using ATMega8 as the main controller, so as to construct a double close-loop DC speed regulation system. Experimental results show that the system has robustness, and a fast and good tracking performance.
