| Abstract: | This paper elaborates on the status quo of English teaching from the perspective of employment di-rections of vocational education .T here are shortcomings in teaching mode ,students’ level ,teaching staffs ,teaching aid and other ways .The paper then points out that the ways to enhance students ’ employment edge are to keep a good teacher -student relationship ,to encourage teachers to have practical experience ,to optimize the course books , and to focus on the students’ practical abilities . |
