现代饭店业员工满意度动态管理探析

摘    要:目前,饭店业员工较高的流动比例已成为制约饭店业发展的制肘。员工的满意度是饭店稳定发展的基础,同时也是饭店人力资源管理的中心。泰文在吸收已有研究成果的基础上,以管理学中的仝过程管理理念为指导,从员工满意度的概念、内涵等方面着手,对员工的全过程实行动态追踪管理,以提升员工的满意度。

Abstract:Today, high staff turnover has retarded the development of hotel industry. Employee satisfaction, being the focus of human resource management, provides the foundation for stable development of hotel. Based on past studies, this thesis takes the advantage of dynamic tracking management in staff' s all working process with the guidance of an all-process management concept to improve employee satisfaction from its conception, connotation and impact factors.
