八段锦锻炼对女大学生身体机能的影响

摘    要:为了探讨八段锦锻炼对女大学生身体机能的影响,从浙江科技学院随机抽取女学生100名为研究对象进行15周八段锦锻炼,并测定比较其锻炼前后的体重、体脂、脉搏、肺活量、坐位体前屈及800m跑成绩6项指标。结果表明,女大学生进行八段锦锻炼后各指标均出现明显的变化,说明八段锦锻炼可以减少大学生的体重、体脂,降低脉搏,增大肺活量,提高有氧耐力运动素质和柔韧素质,充分说明八段锦锻炼可提高女大学生的整体身体机能水平。

Abstract:In order to probe into the influences on the function of body of women undergraduates,100 women undergraduates from Zhejiang university of science and technology joined a 15-week Baduanjin exercises.The result of 6 indices,before and after the exercise which were weight,fat proposition,sphygmus,vital capacity,sitting and bending forward,and 800m tests had been taken down.The results showed that after the Baduanjin exercises,for women undergraduates,every index had obviously improved.Through Baduanjin exerci...
