| 摘 要： | 社会管理与社会服务水平已经成为衡量国家或地区综合实力的关键指标，是推动经济社会发展的重要动力。文章首先从理论层面梳理西方社会管理基础理论的产生、发展与反思，然后从现实层面以美国、英国、新加坡为代表，探讨社会管理与社会服务的国际化差异，并论述了美国、英国、新加坡三国的模式对我国社会管理与社会服务的启示。

| Abstract: | The level of social management and social service makes a key index weighting the comprehensive power of a nation or a region, and is also a driving Rower for the development of economy and society. A literature review is firstly done concerning the origin, development and reflection of the fundamental theory of the western social management and then the international difference is discussed based on the analysis on the U. S. A. , Britain,and Singapore. Finally it is discussed what we may learn from the different models. |
