| 摘 要： | 思想政治教育是经济工作和其他一切工作的生命线。马克思主义政治与经济、精神与物质关系理论、社会生产力理论，为思想政治教育应对经济风险提供了理论基础。思想政治教育在经济发展风险中的一般作用包括：导向作用、保证作用、激励作用；特殊作用主要体现在对社会主义市场经济体制主导性与多样性的反作用、经济竞争中的“软实力”作用、风险社会中的预测作用。
