| 摘 要： | 国家科研经费投入的快速增长既为科技创新提供了支持,也对科学基金划分科研成果归属并开展绩效评估提出了挑战.探讨了多元资助格局对科学基金绩效评估提出的方法论挑战,认为深入的项目资助案例研究与受资助者的学术履历分析是破解这一难题的两条重要途径.阐述了两种方法的特点与用途,并对多元资助格局下的科学基金绩效评估问题进行了分析,最后提出了改善多元资助格局的对策建议. |
