| 摘 要： | 借鉴国内外文献,将产业间R&D溢出效应的资金来源划分为政府资金和企业资金.结合技术相近性概念,对上海市大中型企业溢出可能性进行排序,通过运用动态面板数据模型系统矩估计方法,考察内生性创新努力、产业间政府资助R&D溢出效应和产业间企业R&D投入溢出效应对企业创新产出的影响.结果表明:前一期、二期的创新产出对当期创新产出影响为显著的正效应;企业内生创新努力程度对企业创新产出也为显著正效应;产业间企业R&D投入溢出效应对创新产出表现为弱的技术负外部性,产业间政府资助R&D溢出效应对创新产出表现为显著的正向溢出效应.
