| 摘 要： | 科技企业孵化器是推动高新技术产业发展的重要手段.通过对孵化器与创投现有合作模式进行梳理,按孵化器参与项目投资的情况,将孵化器与创投的合作模式划分为内部合作与外部合作两类.运用数理模型对合作的最终效果进行比较研究,认为孵化器与创投的内部合作模式具有高效、灵活的优势.
